How to shop
We have attempted to make the order process as straightforward as possible on our site. Just browse our collections & when ready to make a purchase, use the 'Add to Cart' button displayed with all products.Â
Yes, of course. We operate a 24-hour cancellation period. Just contact our Customer Support team who will provide assistance.
Payment & Security
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
We currently only accept PayPal. We will however be introducing more options to make payment in the near-future.Â
Your information is completely safe. We ensure all security measures are in place, using industry standard security through our hosting partners, Shopify. For more information on how we store your information & ensure it remains in a secure state at all times, please review our Privacy Policy, under the Additional, on the footer of our store.
Shipping & Delivery
We partner with global merchants in order to provide our customers with the latest products at competitive prices. We therefore ship from many global locations, including but not limited to, Europe, USA & China.
Please allow 1-3 days to pick & pack your items for shipping. We endeavour to complete this work in 24 hours, but on occasions this can take longer, so please do bear with us.Â

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
All non-Sale / Discounted or Gift Card items, returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- In unused and resellable condition.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Discounted / Sale items
- Gift cards
We use PayPal as our payment processor, irrespective of whether a customer has a PayPal account or not, as PayPal provide merchants with the option to have customers pay for goods via their PayPal account or as a Guest using a debit or credit card.
Please understand that refunds when authorised by merchants, such as our company, do require time to be processed by payment processors such as PayPal etc. Once our company authorises a refund to a customer, this request is then passed over to the payment processor (in this case PayPal). The processing time for refunds can vary based on the payment method used when purchasing the goods.Â
PayPal will normally refund a customer to a PayPal account within 2-5 days. However, this time can be longer when refunding to a debit or credit card with times varying based on the card issuing company.
We are unable to be more specific in terms of exactly when a refund will be reflected back on the account a customer used to make their purchase, as this is something, our company has no control over, as processing is managed solely by PayPal.Â
Please note: The times stated above can vary significantly during busy shopping periods such as Halloween, Thanks Giving, Christmas etc.
